Refund Policy

We stand by everything we create and ship, but we also keep it real—some things just aren’t refundable. This policy breaks down when refunds are available and how they’re handled.

1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services (like templates, downloads, and digital deliverables), all sales are final. Once a file or design is delivered, it cannot be returned.

We do not offer refunds on:

• Digital templates or resources

• Branding files or design assets

• Website development services

• Strategy or consultation sessions

2. Physical Products

For physical products (like merch or shipped goods), we offer refunds or replacements only if the item is:

• Unworn and unused

• Returned in its original packaging

• Reported within 7 days of delivery

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send photos and your order number to support@littlepot.studio and we’ll make it right. 💛

3. Shipping & Printful Fulfillment

Most physical merchandise products are printed and shipped through Printful, Vistaprint, or Moo. Shipping times, fees, and return eligibility are subject to their policies, which may vary based on product type and location.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Wrong address entered at checkout

• Delays outside of our control (carrier issues, customs, etc.)
